Is self confidence better or self esteem

                     What is self confidence

Self Confidence is a state of being clear-headed either that a hypothesis or prediction is correct or that a chosen course of action is the best or most effective. Confidence comes from a Latin word 'fidere' which means "to trust"; therefore, having self-confidence is having trust in one's self

How your self confidence  is limiting you to succeed in life

This is not a simple problem. People suffer this for their entire life without handling it. You are  whatever age you are and still don’t know how to use your thoughts and emotions. If you see everything, just the way it is, everything has immense value. Life is not a race, if life is a race, you must get to the finish line soon.

Should your Self Confidence be boosted?

If you often find yourself in a situation where you’re not happy with yourself. If you start comparing your abilities, achievements, and even your appearance with that of others. And you think, that’s the one reason for your low self esteem. How do you think you can build up on your self esteem and get rid of the self- hatred that you have?

This self- esteem, this self confidence, all these things unfortunately have been sold a lot on the planet.

                                    Why Do You Need Esteem?

Esteem is because you want to be a little one-up on somebody else at that time. Unfortunately, our education systems were made like this - right from kindergarten,

Who is first, who is second, who is third? You want to be first. So, your sense of happiness is only when everyone is doing worse than you. Don’t you think it’s sickness, that we are structuring our lives like this, that if everybody is doing badly, I will feel. This has happened because in so many ways we teach our child to win by defeating others
