Self care is taking time to Rejuvenate, Concentrate on yourself and purposely to take care of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. It’s just taking care of yourselves doing a number of things to enhance optimal well being, personal health, taking care of your mood swings, reducing anxiety, basically working on self improvement.

Types of Physical Self- Care
Physical ;- Right food, right amount of rest and sleep, exercise.
Dietary and exercise programs should be an essential part of physical self care
some points to improve one’s Physical self care
In self care, healthcare is the most important:-
* One must have a regular sleep routine
Sleep is the most important factor in making one’s life hail and healthy
1). Prolificness and concentration
2). Weight management
3). Regulation in calorie
4). Performance as an athlete
5). Heart remains healthy
* One must have a healthy diet
One should eat small meals at regular intervals within a day, to keep one’s metabolism
on a regular
1). Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner should be had on time
2). Go for some exercises either before or after work and make it a basic necessity
Types of Emotional Self- Care
Emotional :- Something or the other happens in life and one's emotions are the explanations of the lifestate of an individual. If the requirement of what is essential for cultivating your thoughts, your conscious inner self and basically your intellect
There are basically five strategies to self care and that too emotionally:-
* To stay the same even after facing adverse circumstances
Some people after facing a noteworthy change in their circumstances whether they are negative or positive remain unmoved, straightaway reach to their destination, this is the best part of self-care, instead of cribbing about their circumstances
1). Stay unmoved in all what you are facing.
2). If something good comes to you, accept it gracefully
3). If something bad comes to you, even then accept it gracefully but a single thought
taking an extreme step should not enter one’s mind.
* Expect nothing from anyone
Expectations are the root cause of any dissatisfaction in this life, stop hoping for anything from anyone. The happiest and most satisfied person in this world is who anticipates nothing from anyone. What happens is:-
1).If one doesn’t expect others to make oneself a priority when the other person hasn't made yourself significant.
2). Don’t expect others to respect you, when you don’t respect yourself. Hence one should start living in a way that exhibits self respect.
3). If you don't value yourself and stick up for yourself,you are giving pain to yourself and you don’t put effort in yourself as well
Types of Mental Self care
Mental self care is equally important as Physical and Emotional self care.
It includes actions that tidy up your mind to reduce your stress levels.
By itinerary time each day to care for your mental health, you can remove the unnecessary pressure and improve your overall mental self and happiness.
