How To Remain Cheerful Always
What is cheerfulness
The definition of cheerful is a person or thing that brings joy, humor or good spirits.
Prerequisites of remaining cheerful
Cheerfulness looks different for everyone. For some, maybe it’s being at peace with who one is. Or having a secure network of friends who accept the person unconditionally. Or the freedom to pursue your deepest dreams.
Regardless of your version of true cheerfulness, living a happier, more satisfied life is within reach.
Key points to remain cheerful
1). Don’t overthink, Leave things of the past which are not important.
While everyone overthinks situations once in a while, some people are plagued with a
constant barrage of thoughts all the time. Chronic overthinkers rehash conversations and
they tend to spoil their closest relations. Almost all of us are guilty of overthinking our relationships at one point or another. We read too much into a text, get jealous over an ex, or even wonder if our partner really wants to be with us at all. Overanalyzing your relationship can undermine your happiness, and leave you feeling uncertain and insecure.
2) .Live in the present and now. Mindful living is the key to happiness.
We live two lives: we live life in our thoughts and we live life as our experience of the
present moment freedom comes as our life in thoughts diminishes and our experience of
and the present moment predominates. Freedom comes through learning how to balance
thoughts and the present moment. Mindfulness has been shown to help us be healthier, less affected by stress, more relaxed, more creative, more open to learning, sleep better, improve our relationships with others and feel happier and more satisfied with our lives

3). Find the common thing from which all humans are made up of, then you will never differentiate with others
Humans are unusual animals by any stretch of the imagination. Our special abilities, from big brains to opposable thumbs, have allowed us to change our world dramatically and even leave the planet. There are also odd things about us that are, well, just special in relation to the rest of the animal kingdom. So what exactly makes us so special?

Convergence of technology and data. Our vision is to facilitate a new paradigm in web interaction where innovative human-centric business models can be tested and developed by leveraging user-centric services, data aggregation, decentralised identity and distributed governance frameworks.
As Aristotle said,"Happiness is best pursued by being a good person, the human good turns out to be the soul's activity that expresses virtue."
He further elaborated, " the life of virtue is crucial for human happiness. When we are just, kind, courageous, generous, and wise, we experience deep satisfaction and fulfillment that is available in no other way. How do we become this kind of person? For Aristotle, becoming a good person is a lot like becoming good at anything else. It takes practice.
5) Celebrate small things . Even if it is like completing one simple task. You don’t have to wait for big events.
As a society we have been conditioned to only celebrate the big successes in life and breeze by the small ones. While it may seem trivial to celebrate small wins like getting out of bed, making time to go on a long walk, starting a new project, or cooking a healthy meal, they should still be celebrated!
Although it’s great to celebrate the big achievements, it’s also important to celebrate the small wins.
Let’s be honest, life is not just made up of the big moments, but rather all of the small one.
6). 6) Count 10 things daily for which you are grateful . Even if you think you don’t have anything that you desire
*Having food
*Having roof on your head
*Gaining favours
*Getting everything when you are not earning yourself
*Getting costly medicines when you are not well and not earning a penny
*Not complaining about our circumstances
*Not blaming others for our misfortunes
*Learning to maintain peace in all circumstances
*Learning to smile and laugh in pain
*Having any specific knowledge etc,,, etc….etc....
Realising all these things makes life easier, simpler and cheerful
