Don't let the pain, live in your mind

Whenever we encounter a negative thought, a thought which creates a wrong thought, which even we don’t want to think about.

What is to be done and what are we doing in this case

1) Suffering is more related to the mind than reality . We keep thinking about it and create a painful body within

A thought has been going on, regardless of whether ii is about a past incident,

a present problem, or thoughts of pain because of a conflict in a relationship.

When an inner conversation begins, it keeps going. For as long as it goes on,

the power of your soul gets depleted.

When we are creating a thought which does not make us feel good, When are we

doing this, we are creating a wrong energy, we are making our soul weaker and we

are creating a disease. In that period, we are vibrating those thoughts to the body and

affecting it. We are vibrating it to other people too. There is so much chaos going on continuously in our mind, for 5 mins, 30 mins or a complete hour. Right now the mind got fed up with something, because

2) Some sufferings are really difficult to overcome , something like losing loved ones . But to keep thinking about them creates a recursive suffering and even it is difficult for the soul to leave the association.

When one learns how to handle one’s thoughts and how to handle one’s emotions, the person concerned learns how to handle hard times in life. Maybe one fails in the examination, maybe the person is thrown out of the university, maybe the person is fired from his job, maybe somebody ditched you, maybe something else like this has happened to you, these are just small little things between life and death.

When the sun sets, we don’t grieve because we know that it is bound to rise.

When we lose someone very close to us, why do we grieve so much, when we know that one day everyone has to go oneday. Someday even we will go ourselves, utilize that  opportunity to develop the spirit of detachment and renunciation that truly everything is

temporary in this world. Something which is bound to happen, why do we feel so sad about it.

3) Better approach is to just talk about happy moments with departed souls rather than talk about the painful death they had to face.

Still some near and dear ones, your closest relations, when they leave you, they are unforgettable. Instead of crying in despair for them, try to remember good things about them.

The times spent with them in which we laughed with them and had a gala time with them, this will give us happiness rather than sulking in depression. It is said that when the soul leaves the body, if we remorse a lot, we should not as the soul can feel the pain which we are going through. Instead if we should accept our destiny, that this person has to leave his body and go for his next journey or salvation according to the Karmas he created in his present life, it gives you happiness and satisfaction and a contentment to the departed soul to live in peace, wherever it is

4) Love yourself not thinking much about death, enjoy every moment to the fullest

People-pleasing is a losing battle. When you focus on self-love and self-compassion rather than trying to get others to love you, you build your self-esteem and break codependent patterns so you can form healthier, happier relationships—with yourself and others.

Thinking about death every time and thinking about the departed souls of your near and dear ones, will lead you nowhere. Death is an evitable part of every living creation and one whosoever is born on this earth is bound to die. Hence, enjoy every moment of your life to the fullest. People who smile in public have been through every bit as much as people who cry, frown, and scream. They just simply found the courage and strength to smile through it and enjoy life in the best way possible.

5) Distribute love to all, this way of living creates happiness for others and eventually for you and that happiness is more everlasting one instead of acquiring materialistic wealth

If money and material things make you believe that you are better than others, you are the poorest person on earth.

There is nothing quite like love. It makes us feel happy and appreciated, and most of us would like a little more love in our lives.

But how can you make the world a more loving place?

It only takes one small act to share feelings of love and kindness

                                        Conclusion

Whenever pain of any sort comes to our mind, we must divert our attention to something positive and good which happened to us. This is the only way to save ourselves from sulking in depression, getting anxious easily. This will help us make our personality a stable and always a happy one and will not let the pain of our past experiences, bother us any more and we’ll have a balanced and a happy state of mind.

Please keep writing and sharing your thoughts. Wishing peace and healing to you and anyone who is suffering.
