Our main aim to achieving anything is Happiness
Every human being is a natural seeker of true happiness.
If one wants to remain happy in true sense, one should follow these steps :-
•Never make your happiness dependent on Temporary objects
•Give, give and only give
•Accept it, change it or leave it
•Expect more from you and less from others
•Practice mindfulness
If one is in his rising stage, one needs to learn these skills:-
•Focus:- We are living in a high distracted world, to keep yourself focussed is the
greatest power
•Mastery over one single skill:- To create the demand you have to be expert and
master in your field
Communication:- You have super knowledge but if you are not able to express it, then
It becomes useless as you have to learn the powerful level of communication.
Sales:- Daily we sell our own ideas, products and services, we must learn how to sell
effectively and powerfully
Investment:- To earn a lot of money is the one dimension but to multiply the money
compoundly is the other, you have to learn the language to
improve your decision making ability
Whenever you make a decision and are not able to fulfil it, give your brain
powerful message, What I decide, I will definitely do it
Give your mind this strong message every morning, the moment you get up. Then
you will see the transformation inside your body that whatever you decide to do, your
mind yourself will inspire you to. In the beginning there will be troubles and difficulties,
Consequently, you will achieve victory, no matter how hard it is to achieve.
Here comes Motivation
Try to make your work, your passion. The day a person’s work turns into his passion,
no one can move the person from his position which he has achieved.
Try to achieve everything in life, biggest and the highest. But don’t allow that thing
to make you feel miserable in its absence
Work on the philosophy of dream big, start small and start now, if you dream big, the
transformation within you is major.
Start small, take this thing in consideration that never take a big leap, these small
steps will help you achieve your huge dream, then comes the final count Start now,

How can motivation affect people
Motivation is an important factor in everyday life. Our basic behaviours and feelings are affected by our inner drive to succeed over life's challenges while we set goals for ourselves. Our motivation also promotes our feelings of competence and self-worth as we achieve our goals.
Motivation has a direct impact on how an individual learns. The effects of motivation are normally far reaching because it increases an individual's energy level, determines the persistence in reaching a specific goal, affects the types of learning techniques used and an individual's thinking processes.
How does motivation affects success
Motivation builds determination to achieve something, like losing weight or securing a new job, and when you succeed, you feel happy with your results. So, if you continue to motivate yourself and set and achieve new goals, you'll generally feel happier than you did before.
What are the disadvantages of motivation
•Motivational rewards may become expected, so when employees achieve them it does not motivate them, and if they don't achieve them it can be demotivating.
•May be de-motivating for other employees if they are not motivated as much as other employees
One of the negative effects of employee motivation is that it can create conflict and tension at your workplace. That's because employees who don't receive the same level of motivation may feel resentful toward those who do, which can create discord.
Motivation v/s discipline
If there is something you want to achieve, your internal reasoning that forces you on a path towards achieving this goal is motivation. How much effort you put in, in order to achieve that goal, is discipline
