The young generatin-their aspirations and challenges

 

If your joy, your sadness, your happiness, and your misery are determined by something or somebody around you, the chances of you being joyful in your life are remote. For every one of you, your life is precious. 

If something is precious, where do you want to invest this life?

What do you want to invest in this precious life? 

If you look at it this way, you will find something truly worthwhile to do. If you think in terms of how to earn a living? How to get this kind of thing or that kind of thing? Then you will do something silly that you will regret for the rest of your life.

Most people are regretful, that's why they are going around joylessly because they're not doing what they want to do. They are not creating what really matters to them.

Earning a living is not a big deal, for a human being. Every creature, every worm, insect, bird, and animal, is earning a living.

With such a big brain, what is a big deal about earning a living  

Your ability to do things is not because you want to do things?

I want to do something, it is my desire.

Desire is just an intention

An intention won't make things happen, an intention will only set a direction, still, you have to make a journey.

We have become goal-oriented 

Goal-oriented means, we are interested in the consequence, and we are interested in the process.

         

The process is an end in itself 

If you are absolutely devoted to the process, something will come out. But now, we are interested in the consequences, not in the process. This goal-orientedness, I want to get there, I want to get there. No, I want to win the race. If you treat life as a race, if you have to win it, you have to go to the finish line soon, you want to?  

If you get to the finish line ahead of all these people you won the race. You know, what the finish line is— 

We'll be negotiating where to bury you,

What the most evolved creature on the planet means is 

It has the most complex neurological system and it has the highest level of cerebral activity.

That means you can think, you can remember, and you have memory. You have a very vivid sense of memory and a fantastic sense of imagination.

A human being exists three times.

He lives because of the richness of his memory. The present experience is important and how vivid is your imagination, for tomorrow is very important. 

If you are postponing something, it's free, obviously something that you don't want to do. If you want to do something, will you prepone it ?

 What really doesn't matter 

It doesn't matter what your level of intelligence is, it doesn't matter what your level of capability is. Introvert, extrovert, this, that, doesn't matter.

If you have the courage and commitment, to make the possibility into your reality. That's all the questions. 

What is it that you are going to create 

This precious life, where are you going to invest it, are you really going to do something worthwhile, or are you just going to throw it as a worthless thing? 

As you are sitting here, time is ticking away. What is ticking away is not time? What is ticking away is your life? What will happen the day after tomorrow, does it exist right now,

If you suffer from something that doesn't exist, should we call you sane or insane?

Are you really a failure 

I've always had friends who are older than me, and I can see a lot of them in their most successful careers, successful jobs, beautiful partners, and whatever it is.

But I saw a sense of lack of fulfillment, meaning, and purpose in their lives. Please fast forward to where you are, look at yourself in 10, 15, or 20 years, and ask yourself a question : Where do I want to be?

If you worked incessantly, and are still at the end of life, the job is still not done. It doesn't mean you are a failure. It means you had a great vision. 

Conclusion

I think it's Thomas Edison who suggested, "When you feel you have exhausted every option in you, remember you haven't.

And Einstein said, "If you except a fish, by its ability to climb a tree, will spend its whole life believing that it's stupid. And too many of us are fish, trying to climb a tree, and too many of us are monkeys, being taught to swim. Too many of us are lions, being taught to live like cats.The younger generation is not a failure, they either tend to choose the wrong profession or are forced into one. If they convert their passion into their profession, they can do wonders in their lives of getting to live in our elements. Live in those elements, where you want to be.
