What is Anger

Anger is an emotion characterized by antagonism toward someone or something you feel has deliberately done you wrong. Anger can be a good thing. It can give you a way to express negative feelings, for example, or motivate you to find solutions to problems. But excessive anger can cause problems.


What we are supposed to do when we are angry 

How to deal with deep-rooted anger 

Suppose you are angry with your mother, you behave one way. You are angry with your friend, in another way. You are angry with your professor, in a completely different way.

So who's your victim right now, accordingly, you should do this.

But now if this question arises as if anger is a natural part of you. Are you angry right now? No. Then why are you bothered about it? Once in a way you get angry, yes.

You get angry. Anger doesn't happen to you. Do you like it? No, you don't like it? Then why do you do it? Now just see, around us, so many people will do so many things that we don't like. So many things in the world, happening, things that we don't like, are everyday happening.

But at least within you, only what you want should happen, within this. I cannot decide what can happen to you. But I can decide what I want can happen to me. If you could decide, what should happen within you, would you choose anger or joy? Of course, you will choose joy.


You want the highest level of pleasantness, for yourselves.

Then why does such a thing not happen? As I said earlier, you never read the user's manual.

How this function has not been looked after. Do not go by the example of people who came here a few years earlier than you, "my mother was also like that, my grandmother was also getting angry, so I'm also getting angry".

They should not be the leading lights of your life.


How should you look at it 

Your thought, your emotion, and your body must happen the way you want it. If somebody else can decide what should happen within you, this is the ultimate slavery. What happens around you may be we can decide, but nobody should decide, except yourself, what happens within you. If you decide, you will keep yourself in the highest state of pleasantness for sure.

You wouldn't be battling with anger.


It's not just about anger, fear, stress, and tension, don't address them separately 

Essentially your mind is not taking instructions from you. Because you don't know where the keyboard is, yet. We gave you a supercomputer, and you don't know where the keyboard is.


What is anger and how to deal with it 

Now, if you're driving, you have to avoid the medians, which are placed in places, you have to avoid bad drivers, you have to avoid drunken men, crossing the street, children crossing the street, and all sorts of things. When you are driving, do you have to avoid the moon? No. Because the moon is not in the street.

So similarly, right now, are you not angry? No?

Then why should you avoid it?

There's no need to avoid it. 


It's just that, you think anger is an entity

Anger is not an entity—--you become angry. Anger is not sitting somewhere and you go and hit it. There is no such thing.

You become angry. When you become angry, is it pleasant for you, or unpleasant for you? Unpleasant for you. Unpleasant for others for sure.  Unpleasant for yourself also. 


Today medical science proves to you 

When you are angry, you are actually poisoning your system. When today's chemical tests show that your anger is poisoning your system, generating anger is creating poison in your system. So, why would you want to poison yourself? It's not a conscious act, you are causing unpleasantness to yourself, only because your mind is not taking instructions from you. 


You don't have to avoid anger, you don't have to become unhappy, and you don't have to be miserable. These things are happening to you essentially because you have not done anything to take your faculties under your control. It's happening accidentally, just by chance. 


How your mood swings change with the change in other's reactions 

If outside situations are good, you are also good. If the outside situation is bad. That is how human life should be. Human life should be like this if I'm good, everything around me becomes good. This should be the reality.


Conclusion 

Right now, if things around me are whichever way, I will become that way. No. Human consciousness should create situations. Right now situations are creating human consciousness. That is not the right way to shape human life. Hence your getting angry, is a self-created emotion, if you will stop creating all these unwanted things in life. 

You will see a great transformation in your life, when you will win over your anger
