Do Exam Results Alone Determine A Child's Worth

It's pathetic- having to construct their lives…..all the time thinking about how to earn a living. 

An earthworm, a grasshopper, a bird on the tree, all of them earn their living, isn't it?

With such a big brain, you are supposed to do something, a little different than just earning a living. Earning a living should be the most basic thing, with a millionth of your brain you can handle it.

But we have raised earning a living to the heavens today, unfortunately.

It's time at least a niche amount of children are not concerned about how they will earn their living. 

What is the way, we are bringing up our children 

We are bringing up our children with this fear, "If you don't pass, you know what will happen to you?" 

Continuously fear-based education, that is if you don't get these many marks, you're finished! Eighteen thousand children in 2015 committed suicide in our country. When our children commit suicide, we must know, we are doing something fundamentally wrong, there's no question about it anymore.

 

Children have a fresh, exuberant life. 

If children have to take their own lives, no worse thing can happen to society 

Can anything be worse than this, that your child less than twelve, thirteen years of age committed suicide? Can you ever recover from that? 

And this is happening in our country, ninety-eight is the pass mark. 

We…. As educators, if we are responsible human beings, we need to turn this around. It's very, very important, and this is a crucial time.

All these years, there has been a certain economic depravity in society, where they wouldn't listen to anything, earning a living was everything. At least, we are on the threshold of an economic possibility. This is the time to change the mentality of education-this is the time for the parents and the children to look at it a little differently. 

 Comparing grades with others 

Being better than somebody, if it's a pleasure for you, it's sickness, is not success. We call this education, we call this competition, we call this society. 

The important thing is, for what you have come with, will you blossom to the fullest human being or not? That's all that needs to be taken care of even for a human being.

Is it too much School & College Competition to take a toll? 

What is meant by competition both for individuals and society

How can everyone be at the top of the class? 

Those who do not have any sense of their competence will become competitive. 

Because their only pleasure is being one step ahead of somebody. You, as a life, want to be at your fullest, you have a right to be one.

Cage or classroom

Education is not just about learning. Only when you hit that bath that is difficult to hit, then people will say, you are fantastic.

Great Student Predicament

When we find no purpose in what we are studying just for marks, most of the time, we regret the decision that we have made. We want to go outside, explore the world, learn and do a lot of things outside the classroom. 

But students are worried about not studying, what should we do, what should we be doing in our life? How should we get out of this confusion? 

Because you are trying to see how everybody is beneath you. You must be miserable. Education is about an opportunity to explore things that you may not meet on the street….

 

Sharpen your tools

Learning to use your body as a tool, learning to use your intellect and mind as a tool, learning to use your emotion and energy as a tool. Everything that you have should become your tools. That means they take instructions from you. So, education is not just about learning – education is about learning to use yourself.

Creating a joyful education 

When we find no purpose in what we are studying and we feel we are a child remains without a moment of unpleasantness within it, not a moment of agitation, anxiety, irritation, anger, just joyful, they say, the child's ability to use his 

intelligence can go up one hundred per cent in a single day, 

The evolution of the teacher does not mean just more and more tricks about education. As a human being, if the teacher blossoms, becomes a joyful, loving, compassionate human being, above all conscious human being. 

Conclusion 

Right from the kindergarten level, this sickness has been brought into the human mind which is causing so much unpleasantness on the planet, that Being better than someone, if it's a pleasure for you if you enjoy other people's failures, it can be called sickness, it's not success. You need to take care of the atmosphere so that everybody finds the fullest expression for their life. The moment you think you want to be better than somebody else, you've gotten sick in some way. 

At least, we are on the threshold of an economic possibility. This is the time to change the mentality of education - this is the time for parents and children to look at it a little differently.
