But if we see philosophically and psychologically

 Besides such traumatic ailments, if we keep track of the smaller emotional setbacks, life will become easier and we won’t have to focus on complexities rather than on the simplicities of life


Don't invest your emotions into your thoughts 

 

Life is a play

Suppose you generate a thought and invest your emotions in this thought. 

Suddenly this thought becomes a boom. Right now I generate the thought of the, "Oh, she's a wonderful person", but now I invest my emotion into the thought, now, you are not just another person to me you are something else to me. Is it real or not? Just because you invested your emotion into your thoughts. Now there's the next thing. If you invest your life energies into it, consciously, suddenly this will become something else, altogether. Suddenly you become like life is a play, it's no more a struggle, have you noticed this? 



Simple processes to end mental suffering

 

Who you are right now 


The most significant aspect of life is that you focus on this fundamental sense of aliveness within you and then you will see there's a natural distance between you and your thought process, once there is a difference between your psychological process and your physiological process, this is the end of suffering because there are only two kinds of suffering that human beings go through, physical suffering and mental suffering. Once you create a little space between you and your mind and between you and your body, this is the end of suffering 


Don't try to control your emotions or thoughts

 

Because the very nature of your mind is such that you don't want to think about this person for the rest of your life means that the only person you're going to think about for the rest of your life. When compulsive thoughts and emotions come, the first and foremost thing that you do is, simply see them for what they are, you don't try to resist them. The moment you resist them, they will multiply in this mind, you don't have subtraction and division, you only have addition and multiplication. 

 

One should have clarity of thoughts 

 

People say you have the knowledge and you say your head is empty, that's why to make it little. It's always empty, but you have clarity. Clarity means that you see things the way they are. Knowledge is the way it is. 

That's as good as being blind. 

See, people think owls are blind, it's not true. Their vision is far more sensitive than yours, but because of sunlight, they are blinded because it's too much. When the light goes down, 

their vision is far more sensitive than yours. Hence people with clarity are more reliable than those with knowledge.


Why do people lie all the time

 

Don't concern yourself about what is true, what is alive,  just concern yourself about this, one thing every word I utter, every action that I take in my life is for everyone's means that you have fixed information about everything if things have changed you will not see well-being or is it just about me that's all? Don't worry about what is true, what is life is all endless nonsensical debates

 

 

Don't have self-doubt

 

If you are in love with someone, and you don't dare to talk to the one you have fallen in love with, you are in a self-doubt 

This is self-doubt, the doubt is about the other person, and how will he/she responds. That is the doubt, the question of whether you're good enough for something, or not good enough for something. You should not worry about that, just see every day how you can be a better human being, than the way you are right now in, how many ways not just the way you look, what is that one thing that makes a person look like wonderful.  I,s it not the shape of your nose or something your nose can be like this, or like that, it doesn't matter, the joyful face is always beautiful

Conclusion

Every human being should be aware of this every moment of his life, it doesn't matter what the whole world says about you, it doesn't matter how significant work you are doing, you must understand that tomorrow morning the world will go on fine without you, whoever you may be. If you constantly remind yourself of this, you will have no reason to be serious.
